Treating Customers Like Family
The employees at this particular branch of Arby’s had an interesting way of rewarding customers for their loyalty. Coye revealed that regular diners were treated like family, and the staff did their best to make everyone feel welcome, especially Mr. Doug. They obviously succeeded at this since the veteran had previously revealed that he saw Arby’s staff as his family.
Everyone at the restaurant knew him; when he came in for lunch every day; what he usually ordered; and where he preferred to sit as he enjoyed his roast beef sandwich and slurps his soda. But little did Mr. Doug know that he was about to walk in to an unusual surprise one day!
