Community Shows Appreciation for Mr. Doug

Needless to say, Mr. Doug became popular in the community, so much so that he became a well-liked personality in Chandler, Arizona. The good news about Arby’s decision to give the man a lifetime supply of his sandwich spread like wildfire, and soon, those inspired by the veteran’s story emulated the company’s act of kindness.

One of those who heard the story was a local optometrist who also wanted to support Mr. Doug. What better way to do this by offering his service to the nonagenarian and taking care of his eyes.
