A Property With a Past
The history of the huge property is steeped in grandeur and transformation. Originally built as a private home by a wealthy landowner, the property boasted a magnificent setting with 70 elegant villas adorning a tree-lined avenue inspired by the charm of Parisian boulevards.
Over time, it underwent a change of ownership, passing into the hands of a charity before eventually being acquired by developers in May 2018 for around $22 million. Now, with an eye on the future, the current owners have submitted a planning application to convert the mansion into 35 private flats.
