A Double Life

As it turns out, Iris ditched her wedding ring and wore a much wider ring to conceal the white mark on her finger. This way, no one would suspect she was already married; somehow, it gave her a sense of confidence amidst all her wrongdoings.

It was clear that Iris was leading a double life – one with Thomas and another with a different man. Thomas couldn’t wrap his head around the fact that the love of his life would betray him like this. At this rate, perhaps they were better off divorced.
