Joan Van Ark, 79 – $10 Million

Joan Van Ark may have accumulated over a hundred acting credits during her career, but she will always be remembered for playing Valene Ewing in Knots Landing—a role she first took up on Dallas. There’s not a soap opera fan who doesn’t know her as she also appeared in CBS’s The Young and the Restless.

While successfully managing a career, Van Ark also remained happily married to her husband, John Marshall, since 1966. In the last decade, the 79-year-old’s career has slowed down significantly, with the most recent roles being Aunt Daisy in Psycho Wedding Crasher in 2017 and Mrs. Franklin in Doom Patrol in 2019.
