Alun Armstrong – Age 76

In his own words, Alun Armstrong is an actor capable of playing characters ranging from psychotic to crazy to despotic. A wonderfully talented actor, Alun has spent over nine years with the Royal Shakespeare Society, having starred in stage productions such as ‘The Baker’s Wife’ and ‘Sweeny Todd.’

Since the beginning of his career, Alun has acted in many iconic onscreen roles. These include the widely successful ‘The Mummy Returns’ and ‘Van Helsing’. With a long list of credits to his name, including the popular TV show ‘Downton Abbey’ Alun continues to leave his glowing mark on the theatre, film, and TV industry.
