Steve McFadden – Phil Mitchell In EastEnders

Steve McFadden hails from Westminster, London, and before he entered the acting industry, he worked various jobs, from carrot picking to plumbing. He even had a job at a builder’s merchant. But after attending university, he decided he wanted to be an actor.

The English actor has been playing Phil Mitchell in “EastEnders” since 1990, tackling real-life struggles like alcoholism and addiction in the soap opera. As of 2023, McFadden is still playing Phil. The BBC One actor is not yet married but has five kids in total. The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art graduate is extremely private about them, though.
