George Kittle, 1969 Mach 1 Ford Mustang, $70K
Modern cars are nice, but nothing beats the timeless appeal of vintage cars. Not only do they offer better value, but they also provide access to certain social connections. George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers must know this, which is why he got his hands on a 1969 “Mach 1” Ford Mustang.
This elegant four-wheeler is the first generation and the most performance-oriented of the Mustang line-up. Built for performance both on the track and the road, it came with the Windsor 5.8-liter V-8 engine, Cleveland V-8, or the 428 Super Cobra jet engine. It remains to be seen what upgrades Kittle would prefer.
