Lauren Laverne has an extensive and exciting portfolio. She’s worked as a model, a DJ, an author, and a television presenter. She was also the lead singer and guitarist in the four-piece punk band “Kenickie.” Fortunately, the band was a popular contestant on comedy panel shows.

That exposure to television may have helped Laverne in her crossover from musician to television personality. Although she’s hosted a series of shows for the BBC and other channels, her 2021 salary of £399K was mainly for her work on “BBC Radio 6 Music.”
