If you’re having a hard time giving up sugar, Alec Baldwin should be your inspiration. The American actor overcame his diabetic problems by getting rid of the sugar in his daily diet which helped him lose 30 pounds just in the space of four months! Alec follows a strict diet plan which includes green juices, cashew milk, having no breakfast and minimal sugar in his diet to lose weight. Moreover, he does Pilates and Spinning on a daily bases along with some Yoga which is not surprising as his wife is a yoga instructor.
