Kevin McHale was a member of the Boston Celtics for a total of 13 years. His time on the team made him a multi-millionaire, and his annual salary reportedly peaked at $3.5 million. He was an NBA Champion three times, and he took part in the NBA All-Star game seven times.

In the 2000s and 2010s, he was active in coaching. He coached the Minnesota Timberwolves and Houston Rockets. The Rockets ended up firing him in 2015 because of the constant losses they had. As of today, McHale works for NBA on TNT and NBA TV as an on-air analyst.
