Mitch Richmond – $20 Million

Mitch Richmond got drafted into the Golden State Warriors in the late ’80s, but he had a better career with the Los Angeles Lakers in the early ’00s. He was part of the Lakers’ winning team during the 2002 NBA Championship. He also took part in six NBA All-Star games.

He retired in 2002 and later became the assistant coach of the men’s basketball team of St. John’s University. He left his coaching role in 2019, but he’ll still be able to live comfortably as an unemployed man since he’s worth around $20 million today. In 2016, he got placed in the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame.
