Music producer Richard Perry and actress Jane Fonda bought a house from Beverly Hills for $12.995 million when they were together. The house was originally built in 1961 and previously owned by Emmy Award-winning television director John Rich. Somehow, following the couple’s split in 2017, they sold the house at a loss for only $8.535 million.
The modern home is located in a calm and tranquil neighborhood and behind its gates—the multi-level house has all the luxuries, including a fancy glass elevator.
