Jimmy Butler, Philadelphia 76ers – River North, $4.6 Million
Around the time that Jimmy Butler re-signed with the Chicago Bulls in 2015, he dropped $4.3 million on a River North mansion. Two years later and he had moved to the Minnesota Timberwolves which explained why he decided to let go of the six-bedroom mansion. The 10,000-square-foot house had a $4.95-million asking price but he eventually lowered it by $350K. The mansion features five and a half baths, a custom staircase, three fireplaces, electric shades, an elevator, a workout room, and a wine cellar. The top floor features a game room with custom cabinets.
