DeMarcus Cousins, Golden State Warriors – Granite Bay, $4.25 Million
DeMarcus Cousins started out with the Kentucky Wildcats before finding his way to the Golden State Warriors in 2018. The Sacramento Kings picked him during the 2010 NBA draft, and in 2013, he signed a $62-million contract extension with the team. It compelled him to donate $1 million of his earnings to the Sacramento community. That same year, he bought the above-pictured Granite Bay mansion for $4.725 million. However, he listed it in 2017 after the Kings traded him to the New Orleans Pelicans; he ended up selling it for $4.25 million. The Mediterranean-style house has six bedrooms with seven and a half baths, a theater room, and a wine cellar.
