Pau Gasol, Milwaukee Bucks – California, Estimated $3.325 Million

Pau Gasol, the Spanish basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks, won the NBA Championship twice when he played for the Los Angeles Lakers. Gasol scored quite the deal when selling his Redondo Beach residence in 2016 for $3.325 million. The house was composed of two condos that were connected to create a single residence, that came with four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Other awesome features were an elevator, a media room/wet bar, and its own temperature-controlled wine cellar. Pau acquired the two units separately in 2008 and 2011 for $2.98 million, so this real estate property sale paid off in the end.
