A Slap in the Face

Greg was shocked when he looked out the window one afternoon, only to see a dog wading around the pool. After gently guiding the canine out of the pool, he couldn’t hide his frustration. His heart pounded as he noticed the dreaded claw marks etched into the sides of the pool.

That was the very thing he had hoped to avoid by insisting on a “no dogs” policy. The sight of the damage felt like a slap in the face. Greg and Jeanne opened their pool to the neighborhood kids, only to feel disappointed. Their perfect backyard oasis was now under threat.
