Someone spotted this man in a hilarious display of rain preparedness. He was seen protecting himself from the rain with an unopened umbrella while carrying a rain jacket on his shoulder. It’s like he wanted to stay dry but wasn’t quite yet ready to commit to the effort of opening the umbrella.

Maybe the rain gear was against his usual style, so he opted to skip using them altogether. Either way, it’s funny to see someone trying to dodge the rain while fully equipped to handle it. This guy will definitely learn to use his umbrella after seeing this photo make rounds on the internet.
