Mr. Doug is quite a pleasant patron, but not all customers are as gracious as he is. This waitress, for instance, had an interesting experience with another veteran. One day, she noticed how a regular veteran diner was missing for the second day in a row. It was odd considering that he had been eating in the same spot for seven years.
